Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Quality Check Preparation

  Ensure the garments are in original condition with all technical tags attached and placed back in their original eco-friendly packaging.

  Schedule Pickup

  Once your request is approved, our logistics partner will arrange a convenient doorstep pickup within 24-48 hours at no additional cost.

  Refund or Exchange

  After a successful quality inspection at our warehouse, your exchange item will be dispatched or your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
